I would like to dedicate this page to all of the wonderful parents of my classroom kids! Having your support has allowed me to have a very enriching experience at KIS, and I hope to be around for your younger sons or daughters when they are in third grade. Special thanks to the following room moms that make everything run so smoothly in 3B! They organize our field trips and volunteers,order school lunches, decorate our classroom, provide snacks,and so much more! We are very APPRECIATIVE of all the time and effort that it takes for you to do all of these wonderful things for our class. Please thank Eric Kim's mom, Jihyun Lee, and Daniel Park's mom, Sun Ju Bae. Another special thanks to Audrey's mom,Julia Joo who does the Scholastic orders for our classroom. Our classroom certainly became more festive when Halloween decorations were put up around the room. It looked fabulous! Thank you to all of those moms who stayed after school to transform our classroom! Audrey's mom, Shori's mom, Matthew's mom, Hailey's mom, and Hannah's mom. *Thank you also to the mystery person that left the donuts on my desk! :) In September we had a chance to go on our very first field trip to the zoo. Our class was split up into smaller groups and student's were able to guide their leader as to what they wanted to see. Special thanks to Eric's mom, Daniel's mom, Dongwoo's mom,and Joanna's mom. They brought special treats for the kids to eat at lunch, all of our picnic supplies, and helped to make sure that we got from place to place on time! Eric's mom, Jay, was selected to go onstage and pet the dolphins. It was a wonderful day!
March 3rd: I would like to thank the wonderful parents that accompanied our class on our field trip: Eric Kim's mom; Daniel's mom; Dongwoo's mom, and Ian's mom. They each took a group of kids to see different parts of the museum; as well as helping with the lunches. As always, they make our field trips run so smoothly, and were even able to top it off with a few class photos. Thank you again for all of your help!
I would like to thank Audrey's mom, for putting in all of our scholastic book orders this year. This last one was a big one, and I know that it takes a lot of time to order all of the books, and make sure that it gets to the right student. Our students in 3-B love to read; and I really appreciate all of the time it takes you to do this for us. Thank you!
*A very belated thank you to all of the room moms who decorated our room for Christmas. Our room was so special to walk into everyday, and we enjoyed the spirit of the season our room held. Thank you also for the holiday party with the cookies and frosting. The kids really enjoyed it.
